Tenant profile: for that of an employee of a company who, due to work circumstances, is temporarily looking for accommodation for 6-12 months. A credit check is part of the procedure. There is an income requirement.

The façade presumably dates from 1835. There must have been a large house since the Middle Ages, where officials with resounding names in local history had their home and courtyard. From around 1565 to 1830, the name of the building was 'Het Gulden Zwaard'. Around 1800, the patriotic grain merchant Wessel Boudewijn Cappelhoff lived there. And a hundred years later, there is the shop of shoe and leather goods factory Cornelis van der Miessen. The factory itself is then located on the Groenmarkt (now no. 5). It remains a shoe store until the Zillig company buys the building in 1957. Then the façade of the 2nd floor is also raised. In the winter of 2003, the upper apartment was purchased by a private individual and renovated at the end of 2003, beginning of 2004. In the summer of 2005, the façades were elegantly painted white and the frames monument green.
