We offer two fully furnished SHORT STAY apartments in Reussel. They are both modernly furnished and upholstered.
We are seeking a tenant interested in renting the apartment for a short term and who can provide verification of this.
The apartments are not just fully furnished; they are also equipped with underfloor heating (which also provides cooling in the summer), a television, a dishwasher, and a microwave. We've also taken care of the essentials—kitchenware, bed linen, and towels are provided. The rental price includes gas, water, electricity, television, and an internet subscription. Cleaning occurs monthly so you can focus on what's important to you.
One apartment is on the ground floor and has a terrace. The other apartment is on the first floor without an outside.
The accommodations are designed with your needs in mind. Whether you're on a temporary work assignment or need a place to stay during a renovation, our apartments are ideal. Plus, parking is available in a closed area for your peace of mind.
The accommodations are only suitable for adults. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
The maximum rental period is six months. Please note that registration at the address is not possible.
We only work with fixed-term rental agreements intended for short periods. The mentioned rental price applies to a rental period of a maximum of six months.
