Located in Mierlo, the spacious family home on Dorenbos is set in a quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes drive from Eindhoven and close to the edge of the forest. The center is small but has all amenities within walking distance. The bus station is within walking distance and the closest train station is a 10-minute bike ride away.
Due to travel plans, this lovely house is available for a maximum of three months for occupancy. Suitable for bridging or temporary stay. No permanent residency and/or registration with the municipality is possible. We are looking for one or two neat non-smoking persons without children who would like to stay in the house. The entire ground floor, bathroom, and spacious bedroom on the 2nd floor are available during the rental period.
The rent of 1750 euros includes gas, water, electricity, and 3 hours of cleaning every other week by our housekeeper on Tuesdays. The deposit is 2000 euros and is to be paid in advance. Our preference is for one consistent tenant for the entire period.
After expressing interest, a questionnaire will be sent for additional information. Subsequently, some potential tenants will be invited for an interview.
