The available room is located in a cozy student house and offers a pleasant, bright basis.

Comfortable Private Bedroom: You will have access to your own bedroom of approximately 14 m² (3.90 x 3.60 meters).

Extra Storage Space: Very practical: outside the room, there is a private cupboard in the hallway where you can store extra belongings and luggage.

Comfort: The room is naturally equipped with its own comfortable heating.

You share the neat, common areas with 3 other cozy, studying housemates (4 residents in total):

Shared Kitchen: A spacious kitchen-diner of over 14 m² equipped with a long countertop (2-3 meters), a built-in extractor system, and heating. The perfect place to cook or eat together.

Shared Bathroom: Equipped with a bath, a toilet, a sink with a single-lever mixer tap, and a handy power outlet.

Laundry Room / Utility Room: A separate, practical laundry room of nearly 11 m² for extra convenience and the setup of the washing machine.
