RENTAL CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for this rental property, the landlord imposes certain income requirements. These are as follows:
- In case of 1 income, your gross monthly income must be at least 3.5x the rental amount. Any fixed allowances such as vacation pay, year-end payment, etc. can be included;
- In the case of 2 incomes (of you and your partner), the lowest income may be counted for 50%;
- If you are employed, you must have at least a fixed-term employment contract (year contract with intention declaration) or indefinite contract. Casual, temp, or flexible contracts are not counted;
- If you are retired, the sum of AOW and any net pension must be at least 3.5x the rent;
- If you are a freelancer, self-employed, or managing director, you must have a taxable net profit of at least 4x the rent. You must also have been an entrepreneur for at least one full financial year;

In addition to the income requirements, the following rental conditions also apply:
- The minimum rental period is 12 months. After that, the rental agreement can be terminated on the first of the next month +1 month;
- A standard deposit of 2x the rent is applied.
