The kitchen is compact but practical and equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, two-burner electric stove, extractor hood, sink and sufficient cupboard space with kitchen utensils. The private bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin with cabinet and a shower in the bathtub.

On the ground floor, adjacent to the large kitchen, there is a shared washing machine available.
