For a project in the Zaanstreek, we are looking for suitable tenants!

This concerns temporary rental (from 6 months) of single-family homes from 54 to 90 sq. m. These are former rental properties in Wormerveer, Krommenie, Westzaan, and Zaandam. The notice period is 3 months, with the first 6 months of occupancy guaranteed.

The rent varies per property and is between €400 and €650 per month, excluding utilities (GWE) and municipal taxes. The service costs are a few euros per month and are intended for the glass fund.

Co-habitation and pets (provided they are not a nuisance) are possible.

There are some restrictions regarding occupancy, including that single- or two-parent families with resident children cannot live there. The reason for this is the nature and uncertainty surrounding the temporary use of a property. We also do not place residents receiving welfare benefits, individuals who do not have sufficient command of the Dutch language, and we do not have a second-chance policy. We assess the suitability of potential tenants based on income, among other factors, and do not work with guarantees.
