About the student rooms

In this residence at De Eendracht, you will have your own private room while sharing all other facilities. Your room offers a practical layout and features PVC flooring with comfortable floor heating. It is delivered fully furnished, including a comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe, and plenty of storage for your personal belongings.

You will share the modern kitchen and bathroom with four housemates. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, combi oven, and all essential cookware and tableware. It’s the perfect place for shared dinners, quick meals, or a cozy evening with your fellow residents.

About the contract

• Short-stay campus contract (min. 1 month, max. 6 months)
• Initially, the residences at De Eendracht are reserved for:
  • International students arriving in the Netherlands
  • Dutch students starting a new study in Rotterdam who are not registered in or currently living in the municipality of Rotterdam
  • Exchange students
• Contract extension or renewal is not possible
• Proof of enrolment at a Dutch educational institution in Rotterdam is required
