Based on two incomes:

Self-employed:
The gross income is equal to the multi-year average of the net profit (turnover minus operating expenses) from the operational management. The same income requirement applies to this gross income as to "income requirement not self-employed". In addition, a deposit is set by the tenant with a minimum of 3x the monthly rent excluding service costs.

A deposit may apply if the difference - between your income and the set requirement - is less than 3 months the basic rent of the house.
