Non-self-employed:

Based on two incomes:
• Together at least 70x the monthly rent, whereby at least 30x the bare monthly rent per person is the lower limit. This must be a lease agreement that concerns both applicants. They must therefore both be included as contract parties in the rental agreement.
Self-employed:
The gross income is equal to the multi-year average of the net profit (turnover minus operating expenses) from the operational management. The same income requirement applies to this gross income as to "income requirement not self-employed". In addition, a deposit is set by the tenant with a minimum of 3x the monthly rent excluding service costs.
A deposit may apply if the difference - between your income and the set requirement - is less than 3 months the basic rent of the house. If a deposit is applicable, it must be credited to the owner's account prior to key collection. In the absence of payment before key transfer, no key transfer will take place with you. The deposit is set during the entire rental period and is therefore for an indefinite period. You will not receive interest on the deposit paid.
Pensioners
If you are retired, we ask you to send copies with the registration form showing your gross annual income or allowances. We take into account that pensioners pay approximately 30% less income tax and the income requirement is taken into account as follows: annual income / 100X130 = .......
