For a project in the Zaanstreek, we are looking for suitable tenants!

This concerns temporary rental (from 6 months) of single-family homes ranging from 65 to 90 m2. These are former rental properties in Wormerveer, Krommenie, Westzaan, and Zaandam. The notice period is 3 months, with guaranteed occupancy for the first 6 months.

The rent varies per property and is between €450 and €650 per month, excluding utilities and municipal taxes. The service costs are a few euros per month and are designated for the glass fund.

Cohabitation and pets (provided they do not cause disturbances) are allowed.

Some restrictions apply regarding occupancy, including that single- or two-parent families with resident children cannot live here. The reason for this is the character and uncertainty surrounding the temporary use of a property. We also do not place residents with a welfare benefit, those who do not have sufficient command of the Dutch language, and we do not implement a second-chance policy. We check the suitability of potential tenants based on, among other things, income and do not work with guarantees.
