• The apartment is suitable for a maximum of one person or a student couple (students from other municipalities or countries only).
• The security deposit is € 1,591.12.
• Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Income requirement

We apply an income requirement of 3.5 times the rent gross as (joint) income. If you do not meet this requirement, you can apply with a guarantor who meets the income requirement and lives and works in the Netherlands. A maximum of one guarantor is possible per application.

If you apply as a foreign student, the above-mentioned income and guarantor requirements will not apply and we will discuss the substantiation of your financial profile following your application.
