Location:
This apartment is located in the Oosterpoort neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity, you can find a Plus supermarket and various restaurants. The city center is just a five-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
The rooms are located on the first and second floors. You enter the hall that gives access to rooms 1 and 2, the toilet, and the shower. Room 2 has a balcony. The kitchens of rooms 2 and 3 are equipped with a refrigerator; all rooms are equipped with a gas stove and extractor hood.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 1 is €450 per month, including an advance payment of €70 for gas, water, and electricity (photos 2-3).
The rent for room 2 is €450 per month, including an advance payment of €70 for gas, water, and electricity (photos 4-6).
The rent for room 3 is €490 per month, including an advance payment of €70 for gas, water, and electricity (photos 7-9).
The deposit is one month’s rent. (NOTE: no rent allowance is possible for room rentals)

Availability and rental period:
The apartment is available from 18-03-2026. The lease agreement will be established for a rental period of six months.
