The rooms are located in the middle of the city center. In the immediate vicinity, you will find supermarkets such as Jumbo and Albert Heijn. Additionally, shops, restaurants, and gyms are easily accessible. Zernike Campus is approximately a 10-minute bike ride away, and the University of Groningen is within walking distance.

Layout:
You enter the building through a shared entrance hall. The rooms are located on the first to the fourth floors. All rooms have their own kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and sink. The toilets and laundry room are shared with other residents per floor, and are cleaned weekly by a cleaning company. The complex has a communal bicycle storage, which is also shared with all residents. Furthermore, there is a storage room that you share with three other residents.

Rent and deposit:
Kwinkenplein ******: € 832.41 per month, including an advance payment of €185 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
Kwinkenplein ******: € 826.84 per month, including an advance payment of €185 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.

The deposit is two months' net rent.

The rooms are available from 01-10-2026. The rental agreement is for a period of one year.
