The penthouse is part of a building where 6 families live. They share the stairwell and garden. We are considerate of each other and expect the same from our guests. Noisy partygoers therefore do not fit into the building.

  • There is no parking space, but paid street parking is still easy and cheap in Amsterdam North.
  • The penthouse is perfect for a (remote) working single or couple without children.
  • You can use high-speed Wi-Fi in the whole house.
  • It's a residential area, quit and safe at night, but nice and lively during the day.
  • Distance to the historic center: on foot 30 minutes, by bus (bus stops behind the apartment) or bike it takes you 10 minutes.
