This rental offer includes a single bedroom for one person in a spacious, furnished ground-floor apartment on Aelbrechtskade, near Rotterdam city center. It boasts spectacular views of the Delfshavense Schie. All amenities, including excellent lunch spots, shops, supermarkets, the Marconiplein train station and tram stops, restaurants, and gyms, are within walking distance. Major highways (A13/A20) are also nearby. You'll share the kitchen, living room, bathroom/toilet, and patio/outdoor space with two other residents.

Ground floor

Enclosed entrance with a video doorbell system. From this street-side entrance, you immediately take the door on the left on the ground floor to the apartment. There are bicycle storage spaces in the hall.

Apartment

Spacious living room and kitchen-diner. The living room consists of a spacious seating area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. From the living room, French doors open onto the outdoor area/patio. The kitchen-diner has a seating area with a high table and chairs.

Fully equipped kitchen. Modern open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, combination oven, refrigerator, freezer, extractor hood, and induction hob.

Washer-dryer combination in the bathroom: Luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double sink with a mirror and lighting, and a toilet.

There are three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have French doors opening onto the outdoor area/patio. The third bedroom can also be used as a workspace.

Rental Conditions

The laminate flooring, shown in the photos, has since been replaced with carpeting.

The property is furnished (box-spring beds with mattresses, tables, chairs, etc., see photos) and standard kitchen equipment (cutlery, plates, glasses, and cups) are provided. Bed linens (sheets, pillows, pillowcases, duvet covers) and towels are not provided.

Rent Review: The rent, including compensation for furniture, furnishings, and appliances, will be increased annually by a percentage determined by Statistics Netherlands (CBS), in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the residential tenancy agreement.

Utilities: The costs of heating, water, electricity, internet, telephone, and TV are included in the rent for a fixed monthly fee.
