At West Peterstraat, in the Klarendal district of Arnhem, we offer six fully furnished apartments for temporary rental.
The apartments are located in a modern new-build complex from 2023 and are in excellent condition.
These apartments are available for short-stay (3 to 6 months, no extension possible) or for temporary rental (up to 24 months) with a one-month termination period. The latter option is only available for students, people renovating their homes, or those going through a divorce.

Layout and Features
All apartments are identical in layout and offer a living space of approximately 60 to 65 m². The layout includes:

• Security deposit: €2,900
• Availability: two apartments from December 1st and one apartment from January 1st (multiple apartments available)
• Rent includes utilities: electricity, water, internet, and municipal taxes
• Minimum short-stay rental period: 3 months
• Maximum short-stay rental period: 6 months (no extensions)
• Maximum temporary rental period: 24 months

PLEASE NOTE: temporary rental only available to students who are not yet living in Arnhem
• Suitable for a maximum of 2 people
• No smoking or pets allowed
• Mandatory final cleaning fee: €250 (deducted from the deposit)
• Mandatory purchase of new bedding for 2 persons: €100 (remains property of the tenant)
