• Your partner's income will be counted for half (50%). With candidate tenants who both receive an AOW benefit, both incomes can be counted for 100%;
• You must have an employment contract for a minimum of one year. Zero (0)-hour contracts cannot be counted. Contracts through a secondment agency/temp agency/payroll organization will be assessed based on the conditions;
• Minimum rental period is 12 months.
