Rent:

The rental price must be paid monthly in advance by means of an automatic bank transfer.

Deposit:
Before the start of the rental, the tenant must pay the landlord a deposit amounting to two months' rent to secure the fulfillment of their obligations arising from the rental agreement. No interest is paid on this deposit. If it turns out at the end of the rental that the tenant has fulfilled all their obligations arising from the rental agreement, this deposit will be refunded.

Changes:
It is the tenant's responsibility, without written permission from the landlord, not to make architectural changes or alterations to technical installations in the rented property.

Rental period:
