Three unique housing types
Within Carmen, you can choose from three different housing types, each with its own character:
• Patio – Quietly located by the green courtyard, ideal for those who want to live sheltered and relaxed.
• Parkview – Located at the (future) Cartesius Park side with morning sun, unobstructed views, and plenty of light.
• Verde – Southwest oriented, ranging from compact apartments to spacious homes with a balcony and green views.

A limited number of parking spaces are available for tenants within the Carmen project. These parking spaces can be rented for a monthly fee of €300,-. Due to the limited availability, no guarantee can be given when renting a property.
