Within the building, you can fully enjoy various collective functions (no less than 3,302m2) such as: various lounge areas, gym, cinema, library, cardio, sports field, play area, cooking area, hobby room, and package service. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop, combi oven, and wardrobe. The sanitary ware and tiles are in excellent condition, and you have a dedicated space for the washing machines.

Important conditions for renting include:

~You have sufficient income from work or business (your gross monthly salary is at least 3.75 times the basic rent);
~You are single (living together is only possible in the 2-room apartments where the partner's income counts for 50%);
~You want to contribute to the Starter Motor community;
