RENTAL TERMS
- The minimum rental period is 12 months. After that, the tenancy agreement can be terminated on the first day of the following month + 1 month;
- The advance payment for service charges is €50 per month, and the fixed upholstery fee is €30 per month;
- A standard deposit of 2 times the rent applies;
