Conditions

This room is only available for students who are currently not registered in the municipality of Rotterdam. This is in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations for temporary rental. Responding is pointless if you do not meet the following criteria:

According to article 271, second paragraph, first sentence, of Book 7 of the Civil Code, the following categories of persons are eligible:

• Students who temporarily want to live in another municipality within the Netherlands due to their studies.
• Students who come from abroad and study in the Netherlands.

To verify this, we receive the following supporting documents in addition to the regular documents:

• A recent BRP extract (Basic Registration of Persons) to verify the current place of residence.
• A proof of enrollment at a (higher) school or university.

The selection procedure is carried out based on the Guidelines for the Selection Procedure of New Tenants and the Good Landlord Act, prepared by the ROZ.
