Location:
In the immediate vicinity, various daily amenities are available, including an Albert Heijn and a HEMA for groceries and other daily necessities. Winkelcentrum Paddepoel is also easily accessible and offers all important facilities, such as shops and supermarkets. Furthermore, Zernike Campus is easily reachable, making the location attractive for students. The city center of Groningen can also be reached within approximately 10 minutes by bike.

Layout:
Upon entering the house, you first enter the hall, which provides access to the common areas. The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Room 3 is located on the first floor and has a surface area of approximately 22.57m2. There is also a spacious backyard of approximately 39 m². You will share the house with five other housemates. Currently, four male housemates live in the house.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 3 is €653 per month, excluding service costs. The tenant is responsible for arranging contracts for the other utilities.
The deposit is one month's rent.
Please note: it is not possible to apply for rent benefit for room rentals.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available immediately. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
