AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The maximum rental period is 24 months. The tenancy agreement may be terminated early by either party, subject to one calendar month's notice.

RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT
The rent is exclusive of gas, water, electricity, and municipal taxes. A monthly advance payment of €150 will be charged for these costs. The security deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. It will be refunded once the room has been returned to the landlord in at least the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.

HOUSING ALLOWANCE
This accommodation does not qualify for Dutch housing allowance (huurtoeslag).

SUITABLE CANDIDATE
This accommodation is available to students who meet the conditions for a temporary tenancy. A guarantor is preferred.

The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with five other residents. In addition, the property has a shared garden.
