Furniture, lighting, artwork, decoration, beds, crockery, glassware, pans and kitchen equipment: everything is ready for you.

For our international residents, there is even a Dutch cookbook waiting for you to discover some of the local cuisine. A Dutch cheese slicer? Of course. And we are keeping a few other typically Dutch details as a surprise. After all, if you are going to live in the Netherlands for a while, you might as well get to know the country a little too.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in rain shower, double washbasin and large illuminated mirror.

The loft also has its own washing machine and dryer, a private lockable storage room that is accessible from inside the building, and underfloor heating and floor cooling that can be individually adjusted in each room.

Fully furnished and fully serviced living

The rental price includes:

• complete high-quality furniture, soft furnishings and household inventory;
• professional cleaning of the loft every week;

• advance payment for electricity and water;
• use of all appliances and facilities provided;
• professional cleaning of the communal hallways every two weeks;
• professional cleaning of all windows and window frames every quarter, both inside and outside;

Electricity and water are included as an advance payment. The loft has its own individual meters. Actual consumption will be settled based on the registered meter readings and actual applicable costs.

Tilburg city centre is approximately a 5-minute walk away and Tilburg Central Station approximately 10 minutes. A supermarket, pharmacy and other everyday amenities are practically around the corner. There is also a primary school nearby.

Ideal as your temporary home in Tilburg

The loft has been designed for residents who want to live comfortably in a fully furnished and serviced home for a defined period.

We start with an initial rental period of six months. Towards the end of this period, we can jointly assess whether a longer stay is desired and, depending on the circumstances and possibilities applicable at that time, under which conditions this may be continued.

Registration at the address is possible. For residents who are not one family, a maximum of two residents/registrations applies in principle.

Moving in with your family? We are happy to think along with you about practical possibilities. The box-spring beds can, for example, be separated to create two individual single box-spring beds. A cot or another practical adjustment can also be discussed depending on your situation.

The furniture, styling and inventory have been carefully selected specifically for this loft and form part of the living concept. The property is therefore not available unfurnished or partially furnished.

That does not mean that nothing can be discussed. Particularly for families, longer stays or specific practical requirements, we are happy to think along with you.
