A SHORT TOUR
Upon entering the apartment, you will find a high-quality kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. This includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction cooktop.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, a beautiful dining table, and a smart HDR 4K television. There is also air conditioning to keep the apartment cool during warm summer days.
Two bedrooms are furnished with double box spring beds, including bedding and towels, wardrobes, and desks. One bedroom has a single bed that can be extended into a double bed.
There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a new walk-in shower. Finally, the living room provides access to a balcony where you can sit, smoke if you wish, and enjoy the sunshine.
LOCATION
Utrecht Transwijk is a neighborhood in the southwest part of Utrecht. Outside the apartment, there is ample free parking available in the parking area. By public transport you can reach the city center in 10 minutes, and by bike in 15 minutes. Supermarkets, a shopping center, and nature parks are all within walking distance.
FINANCIAL
The rental price includes an advance payment of €250 for heating. Water, electricity, and internet must be registered in your own name; we are happy to assist you with this.
Once a year, you will receive a final statement from the heat supplier (ISTA). Based on this statement, your actual usage will be calculated:
* If your consumption exceeds the advance payment, the additional costs will be charged.
* If your consumption is lower, you will receive a refund of the difference.
We require a deposit equal to two months’ rent and a one-time check-in fee of €250.
SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
We share responsibility for maintaining the apartment. We provide a clean apartment with all the necessary furniture, and we expect you to treat it with care and maintain this standard.
