In the child-friendly Reigerskamp neighborhood of Maarssenbroek, we offer a spacious, fully furnished corner house with 3 bedrooms and a generously sized southwest-facing garden. Please note: this is a temporary rental for 6 months, from January to June 2026. The house is tastefully decorated with various areas for breakfast, dinner, working, or simply enjoying the outdoors in the generously sized garden. Parking is available in the private driveway in front of the house.
The house is very centrally located. Shops, schools, sports facilities, and public transport are all nearby.
The Bisonspoor shopping center and Maarssen train station are easily accessible, and the A2 motorway to Utrecht or Amsterdam is just a few minutes away by car.

Ground floor:
You reach the shed/bicycle shed (9m²) via the driveway, or enter the house through the central hall. The hall provides access to the toilet, the staircase to the upper floors, and the spacious 42m² living room. The kitchen is located off to the side of the living room, overlooking the driveway and garden. It's fully equipped and features a cozy breakfast and/or coffee corner. The living room comprises a living and dining area, with a long dining table perfect for dining and discussing the day. The living area opens onto the garden, allowing you to enjoy both indoors and outdoors in the spring.
First floor:
Here are three bedrooms, one of which is furnished as an office/guest room. The guest bed or desk can be removed if desired.
The remaining two serve as a children's room and master bedroom. Also on this floor is the bathroom with a shower, sink, and second toilet.
Second floor:
On the landing, you'll find a Miele washing machine and ample work and drying space. The attic room is not included in the rental, but serves as storage for the landlord's personal belongings.
