Are you a female student, currently coming from outside the Nijmegen area, and looking for a nice, spacious place for the upcoming school year? Then this is your chance! From August 1st, a beautiful room will be available on the second floor of a cozy and well-maintained student house at Vondelstraat 42.

The room

The room is located on the 2nd floor and is a delightful 19m² spacious. There is plenty of space for a comfortable sitting area and a desk to study quietly. The room is equipped with a loft bed and has a lot of natural light due to the 2 large windows.

The house & facilities

You will share the house with friendly housemates. Because the house is quite spacious, you will never get in each other's way. The shared facilities consist of:

• A cozy living/dining room for communal use (perfect for game nights or dining together)
• A neat, shared kitchen with access to a lovely balcony
• 2 separate toilets
• 2 bathrooms

Who are we looking for?

To keep the balance in the house optimal, we prefer a female student.

Important condition (Year contract): The room is available for a fixed period of 1 year. Due to strict local regulations in Nijmegen regarding temporary contracts, you can only qualify for this room if you currently live outside the Nijmegen area (for example, if you are starting a study here and moving from another province or abroad).

Location

Vondelstraat is ideally located in Nijmegen. Within a few minutes by bike, you can reach the vibrant city center or Central Station. Radboud University and HAN are also very quickly and easily accessible!
