Upon entering, you come into the hall, which provides access to the room and the shared bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet and is shared with one male housemate. The room has an area of approximately 21 m² and has its own kitchen with fridge, gas stove, and extractor hood.

Rent
The rent is: €650 - including an advance of €80 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The deposit is one month’s rent. (PLEASE NOTE: no rent subsidy is possible for room rentals)

Availability and rental period:
the room is available immediately. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
