Description

Slauerhoffstraat 68-1, Amsterdam

Bright and spacious three bedroom apartment with a sunny balcony

Located on the first floor of this apartment building, this well maintained home offers three bedrooms, a separate kitchen and two balconies. Large windows and green views give the apartment a light and open feel. A great place for couples, small families or sharers looking for space and calm in Amsterdam.

Please note: the apartment is offered under a diplomatic clause contract (model C) and is available for a period of 1 year.

Layout
The entrance leads to the hallway, which gives access to all rooms. The living room is at the front of the apartment and features a wide window with plenty of daylight and views of the trees along the street. Decorative ceiling moldings add character, and there is room for both a lounge area and a dining table.

The separate kitchen has a high gloss white finish, a long countertop and ample storage. It comes fully equipped with built in appliances: induction hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The apartment has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has French doors opening onto a balcony at the rear, overlooking the green courtyard gardens. The second bedroom gives access to the front balcony, which also houses the central heating boiler and the washing machine connection. The third bedroom works well as a children's room, guest room or home office.

The tiled bathroom features a walk in rain shower and a vanity unit. The toilet is separate and wall mounted. A private storage room is also included.

Location
The apartment is situated in the Dichtersbuurt in Slotermeer, a quiet and green neighbourhood in Amsterdam Nieuw West. The shops along the Slotermeerlaan are within walking distance for daily groceries, and there is a market at Plein '40 '45. The Sloterplas lake and Sloterpark are a short bike ride away, perfect for sports, walks or a swim in summer. The location is also very well connected: tram and bus take you to the city centre quickly, Sloterdijk station is close by and the A10 ring road is just minutes away by car.
