Would you like to schedule a viewing? Please respond using the contact button next to the listing! We can only process your inquiry if it is submitted via the website(s) (using the contact button or the "request information" option). Following a viewing, you may be screened for income and reliability via various (public) registers. The prospective tenant must complete this screening process successfully, achieving a 5-star rating—the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The final decision on whether to rent the property to a candidate rests entirely with the owner. If multiple candidates pass the screening, the selection will be based on a combination of income, screening results, and the tenant's personal situation. As a tenant, you will have the opportunity to provide details regarding your personal situation during the screening process. PLEASE NOTE: Rotsvast represents the interests of the property owner, whose objective is to rent out the property from the available date. Once the screening process for an applicant is fully completed, Rotsvast will immediately submit their file to the owner. If a file has already been accepted, any subsequent files—even if complete—will no longer be considered. It is the responsibility of prospective tenants to submit a complete file as quickly as possible. Rotsvast will not proactively inform applicants about the progress of the screening process for other prospective tenants. In a highly competitive housing market, Rotsvast assumes that prospective tenants are aware of the importance of acting promptly. While Rotsvast has compiled the provided information with care, discrepancies may arise due to changes, typographical or printing errors, or other reasons. In such cases, the terms set out in the lease agreement shall prevail, and no rights may be derived from the information provided by Rotsvast.
