SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Rotsvast determines based on incoming emails which candidates have responded first. Given the estimated large number of responses, not all candidates can be invited. This email must at least contain the following information:

  • Name of tenant(s)
  • Explanation of the composition of the group
  • Gross annual income of tenant(s)

Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

Invitations will be made in the order of incoming emails for a viewing round: full=full.

After the viewing, screening will be conducted based on income and reliability in various (public) registers. The tenant must successfully complete this screening and finish with a score of 5 stars, the best score in our screening tool (Properize). The choice to rent the apartment to candidates is entirely up to the property owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice will be based on income, screening, and personal situation. You, as a tenant, have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not awarded the apartment after screening have the right to further explanation, and they can of course view the screening report.
