AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD The minimum rental period is 12 months, after which the rental contract will continue for an indefinite period. The notice period is one calendar month.

RENT AND DEPOSIT The rent is exclusive of an advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and municipal charges. This advance payment amounts to €115. The deposit is equal to one month’s rent, which will be returned once the room is handed back to the landlord in at least the same condition.

HOUSING ALLOWANCE This accommodation does not meet the requirements for applying for housing allowance.

CANDIDATE We are looking for a female student for this room. A guarantor is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROOM This room is located in the city center of Zwolle, right next to the Peperbus. This means that all amenities, including shops and pubs, are within walking distance. Groceries can be done at the city supermarket, or you can go to the Diezerpoort shopping center, which is less than a 5-minute bike ride away.

The room is situated on the second floor of the building. It includes a private kitchen and a loft, which can be used as a sleeping area or for storage. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the other three housemates.
