  To qualify for this studio, it is important that your gross monthly income is at least 3 times the monthly rent excluding service costs.

For social housing, a maximum gross annual income of €47,699 for a single person and €52,671 for a multi-person household applies.

Student finance/DUO can be counted as additional income. Parental guarantees are only possible if you independently meet the income requirement at least 75%.

• Standard, a deposit equal to one month’s gross rent applies
• Depending on the details or situation (such as temporary employment contracts or self-employment), a higher deposit may be requested.

• Rental Period -
  • A rental agreement is entered into for at least one year and will be extended indefinitely from then on. After the minimum term of one year, the notice period for the tenant is one month.
