  • students moving to the Netherlands from abroad, or
  • students currently registered in another Dutch municipality (outside Rotterdam) who are relocating to Rotterdam for their studies. Nationality is not relevant; what matters is that you are moving to Rotterdam from elsewhere for your studies.

Proof of enrolment at a recognised university or university of applied sciences is required.

Deposit: 2 months' base rent.
