AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The availability of the apartment can be found at the top of this page. The minimum rental period is 12 months. After this period, the rental agreement will automatically continue for an indefinite period. You can terminate the rental agreement by giving one calendar month's notice.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price excludes gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. The monthly advance payment for gas, water and electricity is €130.

The security deposit is equal to one month's gross rent (including additional monthly charges). The deposit will be refunded provided that the apartment is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.

HOUSING ALLOWANCE
