Conditions:
To qualify for accommodation via Livable, you must meet the following requirements:

• you are between 18 and 35 years old;
• Your gross annual income on the income statement (IBRI) must not exceed €27,209 (2024) or €28,334 (2025) for a single-person household and not exceed €36,950 (2024) or €38,478 (2025) for a two-person household;
• you want to live together with a friend/partner/family member, etc.;
• you have a demonstrable stable income (salary, benefits, student finance);
• you have liability insurance;
• you are legally residing in the Netherlands/have a residence permit that is valid for at least three years;
• you do not have children;
• you do not have pets;
• And very important: you are flexible, presentable, and have a sense of responsibility!
