AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The rental contract has an indefinite duration at the beginning as long as you are a student. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding gas, water and electricity. You can sign a contract with an energy and water supplier yourself. TV, internet and municipal taxes are also borne by the tenant.
