Upon entering, you arrive in the central hall. From here, you can reach the various floors of the house via the stairs. You share the house with five female housemates. There is a shared kitchen on both the first and second floors. The shared bathroom is located on the second floor and is shared with your housemates. The room is located on the second floor and has a spacious area of approximately 24.7 m². In addition, the room has its own sink. Via the first floor, you have access to the shared balcony of approximately 5 m².

Rent and deposit:
The rent is €575, including an advance payment of €75 for gas, water, and electricity. The deposit is one month's rent. Please note: it is not possible to apply for rent allowance for room rentals.
The room is available immediately. The rental agreement is entered into for an indefinite period.
