The pedestrian gate is accessible to pass through with a bicycle and containers. For use of the large gate (for car access), additional costs apply. This can be arranged with one of the neighbors who owns the gate. The car can be parked in the street in front of the house.

The rent for the house is € 1900,- excluding gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, and municipal taxes. These must be registered in the tenant's own name.

Rental criteria:
