RENTAL INFORMATION
To be eligible for this rental property, you must meet a number of conditions
• Single earner: 3.5 x gross monthly rent as income requirement (incl. fixed allowances and holiday pay)
• Dual earners: the second gross salary is counted (exception: both state pensions, in which case both salaries are fully counted; both permanent contracts, then please consult us);
• One month's deposit;
• For a annual contract the same income requirement applies with an increased deposit of 3 months;
• Self-employed: the same requirement with an increased deposit of 3 months;
• With a minimum salary of 75% of the income requirement (or in some cases a probationary period) a third-party guarantee for one year's rent is required;
• Pets only with permission (with permission an increased deposit of 3 months);
• If you receive a pension benefit, other conditions apply.

You must attach the following documents (from you and from your partner, if applicable!) to this form before we process your file.
• Safe copy of identity document, being a valid passport or identity card, see ****** or use the KopieID app.
• A BKR extract. Can be requested via ******.
• Copy of your last 3 salary statements (remember to cross out your BSN number);
• Proof of your last 3 salary payments into your bank account;
• A completed landlord's statement from your current landlord if you rent a home;
• A mortgage holder's statement if you own a home;
• A completed employer's statement if you are currently employed;
• Copy of any alimony/divorce agreement statement (if applicable).

For self-employed entrepreneurs
• A completed accountant's statement or similar document for entrepreneurs;
• A completed income statement (formerly the IB60 form);
• Recent annual figures;
• Recent certified extract from the Chamber of Commerce for entrepreneurs.

If you are retired
• Most recent pension decision for retirees (a different income requirement applies).
If you are renting together with a partner, they will also be assessed. This means that he or she must submit the same application details. If you later want a possible partner to become a co-tenant, you must report and apply for this separately. If you need someone to act as guarantor for you, they will also be assessed.
We cannot process incomplete registration forms.

An application may be rejected without giving reasons. The applicant will sign a rental agreement in accordance with the model customary for the relevant landlord.
