Companies must be registered in the Netherlands at the Chamber of Commerce. The income must be verifiable in the Netherlands and taxed in the Netherlands; the same applies to savings, which must be demonstrably available in a Dutch account or in Dutch assets. The gross collective income of the household must be at least three times the net rent price. If there is demonstrable own capital of €50,000 or more, this income test will be waived.
