The apartments

The kitchens come with a refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop, combination oven, and wardrobe. The sanitary and tiling is in excellent condition and you have your own installation space for the laundry appliances.

Important conditions to rent include:

~You have sufficient income from work or business (Your gross monthly salary is at least 3.75x the basic rent);
~You are single (cohabitation is only possible in the 2-room apartments where the partner's income counts for 50%);
~You want to contribute to the Startmotor community;
