The MAX building, built in 2009, is ideally located in the triangle between Transwijk, Rivierenwijk, and Kanaleneiland. The City Campus MAX has 3 residential towers, varying in height from 15 to 22 floors. A total of 131 homes are rented to young professionals in the lowest tower. Studios and 2-room apartments
Most of the studios have a living area of 28 square meters, although there are some of 33 and 40. The studios fall under the middle segment and therefore have an attractive rent. The property
