Special Project – 4 (four)week Residential Test Phase (Amsterdam East)

We have two furnished apartments available for a short usage period of just the max of 4 weeks, starting December 22e.
Period: Monday December 22e until max. January 25e.
Duration: 1 week until 4 weeks (you may choose)
Contribution: €250 per week (all-inclusive).

Why is the timeframe so short and the price so low? The owner bought the whole building in a A-location-street and the construction-people are working hard to bring all apartments in shape. That will be successful but on ground floor they still have to do a lot. To avoid 'non-invited people' take possession in the building the owner needs it to be 'occupied' for just a short term...

So who wants to rent for just a short term? Good question: we have already several people who like to explore this part of Amsterdam - while living in West - because they like to move to this part of the city, we also have tenant who bought another house but traveling up-and-down from work to their home and their new house takes too much time and now they can save a lot of time because they live very close to their new house...

So if you're looking for a place to live for a long time? This is not it...unless you're able to buy it. Then it would be very interesting to experience it for max. 4 weeks.
