After the viewing, candidates will be screened for income and reliability in various (public) registers. The tenant must complete this screening fully and successfully and achieve 5 stars, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the property owner. If multiple candidates successfully complete the screening, the decision will be based on income, screening results and the personal situation of the tenant. As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation and may of course review the screening report.
