From mid-April, this detached house will be available in Den Ham! Located 18 km from Almelo and 8 km from Ommen. A beautiful location in the countryside, with plenty of greenery around you. Is this exactly what you and your partner are looking for? Then we would like to receive both of your own registrations and responses for this location!

We are only looking for a couple (two persons) for this house. Unfortunately, as an individual, you do not qualify for the location.

The cozy village of Den Ham can be found in the province of Overijssel. A place known for its peace and nature. Moreover, this is not always applicable, as several events are organized in this lovely village every year! Think of fairs, markets, the Hammer Brink Days, and the Historical Spectacle.

Since there is also a garden at the property, it is an advantage if you have a green thumb. We ask you to maintain it. Please be mindful of the fact that the location of the house makes it not easily reachable by public transport. Therefore, it is important to have your own car.

Location & accessibility:
The house is located in the countryside. Den Ham itself is about a 5-minute drive away, where you can find daily amenities such as supermarkets and shops. Vroomshoop and Vriezenveen can also be reached in about 10 minutes. Heading towards Almelo or Hardenberg takes about 20 minutes, and the nearest highway (A35/N36) is about a 15-minute drive away.

Living on an antikraak basis:
- Monthly service costs: €238 per person, excluding gas, water, and electricity and municipal taxes.
- Flexible living with a mutual notice period of 28 days.
- You will receive a usage agreement for an indefinite period.
