Layout of the houses
Ground floor: entrance, in the hallway is the floating toilet with washbasin and the meter cupboard. The house features a luxurious open kitchen (Keller) in a corner setup with a hard stone worktop. Living room at the rear which provides access to the paved terrace in the backyard.

On the 1st floor, you reach the three bedrooms and the fully tiled, nicely decorated bathroom with a shower enclosed by a tiled wall, toilet, and sink.
