- In case of 2 incomes (yours and your partner’s), the lowest income may be counted at 50%. The highest income may be counted fully. The total sum of this must also be at least 3.5 times the rent;
- If you are employed, you must have at least a fixed-term employment contract (one-year contract with intent statement) or a permanent contract. On-call, temporary agency, or flexible contracts are not accepted;
- If you are retired, the sum of AOW (state pension) and any net pension must be at least 3 times the rent;
- If you are self-employed, you must demonstrate a net profit before tax of at least 3.5 times the rent. You must also be a self-employed entrepreneur for at least one full financial year;
RENTAL CONDITIONS
- The minimum rental period is 12 months. After that, the rental agreement can be terminated with +1 month notice starting from the first of the following month;
