Spacious, modern and well-maintained municipal monument farmhouse with old elements and free parking in front of the door and a living space of 70m² (700 m3 in total) located in the nice village Heesch, 2 km from the shopping center.
Our house is well located near the highway. From the location, it is really easy to travel to the city center of 's-Hertogenbosch (18 km), Eindhoven (50 km), Nijmegen (35 km). The train station is located 5 km from our house where several high schools are also located.
In the center of Heesch, there is a square called 't Dorp, where there is a beautiful fountain and several restaurants and terraces can be found. The Old Town Hall with a characteristic staircase, from 1938, is located on 't Dorp.
The building by architect Alexander Kropholler was brought back into use in 2007 as an office, wedding location and catering location.
Nearby our house, where you can easily go for a nice walk, is hunting lodge "De Berkt" on Kasteellaan which becomes 'het Kasteeltje' in Heesch and surroundings. The castle was probably built in 1754. Indications for this can be found on the clock, which now hangs in the tower again. Presumably, the house is of origin even older, with a basement from the end of the 16th century. In 1981, the hunting lodge was thoroughly restored and the clock was hung back again, after it was removed from the hunting lodge in 1900. The house is a national monument.
The house offered is very complete.
